Nafle's chicken rub


 

  • 1 ½ table spoon paprika powder
  • 1 table spoon white sugar
  • ½ table spoon brown sugar
  • ½ ts Chili 
  • ½ ts garlic powder
  • 1 ½ ts salt 
  • ½ table spoon oregano
  • ¼ tablespoon thyme
 Mix all well in a blender/ kitchen machine. store in a dry cool place. 

Cover all the chicken parts you are going to BBQ, 1 -12 hours before you are going to use it. stay in the fridge.
