- 1 ½ table spoon paprika powder
- 1 table spoon white sugar
- ½ table spoon brown sugar
- ½ ts Chili
- ½ ts garlic powder
- 1 ½ ts salt
- ½ table spoon oregano
- ¼ tablespoon thyme
Cover all the chicken parts you are going to BBQ, 1 -12 hours before you are going to use it. stay in the fridge.
